Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. Only vehicles with issued parking placards, including rented LSVs, are allowed within the community. Additional vehicles must be stored off site.

We are pet friendly.
Up to two dogs are allowed with a $150 non refundable fee per pet. Guests must notify us prior to arrival if bringing a pet. All HOA rules regarding pets must be followed.

The sauna was such a treat for my husband. I especially loved the back screened in porch and the swing and rocking chairs on the front. 

I was able to peacefully walk my dog. I felt safe and all the neighbors were friendly. 

My adult children loved the on sight bikes and used them to ride to the beach.  Everything we needed was so close to the house.
