The kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes for cooking and had every conceivable type of coffee maker (Keurig, Nespresso, and drip). You can't beat the access. Fantastic ocean views, just steps from the private beach, and a nice pool. The beach is pristine, and the sandbar extends a ways out, so there's plenty of room to wade into the ocean and play for the little ones. We were a little concerned about having only one guaranteed parking space (a single driveway spot), but it ended up being a non-issue. You are allowed to have an additional car park in the first-come, first-served parking spaces on the property. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, and there were always spaces available."
