Tucked along the Gulf Coast of South Walton, Florida, this 24-mile stretch of scenic highway is a string of beach towns unlike anywhere else: sugar-white sand, emerald-green water, and rare coastal dune lakes you won't find almost anywhere else on earth. From the storybook charm of Seaside and the European elegance of Alys Beach to the laid-back, bike-everywhere rhythm of Grayton and Seagrove, 30A trades high-rise crowds for low-rise character, local artisans, and long sunset walks on the beach. We built our boutique property management group here because we genuinely love this place, and we believe every guest deserves to experience the magic of 30A the way it was meant to be: unhurried, beautiful, and unforgettable.
