30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:

If you're staying longer or need more supplies, we're happy to recommend nearby grocery stores and local shops.
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest who booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
☼ No pets allowed.
☼ Beach rules only allow umbrellas up to 7 feet. Tents, canopies, and cabanas are prohibited.
☼ Stairs are required to access the unit from the parking area.
